Ginger & Garlic Paste
Fresh Rosemary Chopped Tomato Paste
Honey Vinegar Salt to taste
Marinate your pork with ginger & garlic paste, rosemary and salt Spread the chops on a double grill pan Cook on moderate heat for 10minutes Turn then and spread them back evenly Cook for another 10 minutes Mix together the tomato paste, honey and vinegar Brush the pork with the mixture, turn and let it cook for five minutes Brush the second side and cook it too for five minutes Remove once the meat is properly cooked and browned on both sides. Serve with potato wedges and a side salad.
