Kenya’s Optiven Limited, a leading real estate company, has officially launched its office in Kent, Washington, marking its entry into the USA market.
The new office is located at 1819 Central Ave South Building C #139, Kent, WA, 98032, and will cover the Pacific North West region of the country.
Speaking during the launch, the CEO and founder of Optiven, George Wachiuri, expressed his excitement about the expansion and said that it was in line with the company’s mission of providing affordable and quality housing solutions to people around the world.
Wachiuri said that the office is designed to create conducive environment for business meetings and other transactions, with ample parking and convenient bus lines.

He noted that the launch of the office in the US marks a significant milestone for Optiven Limited, which has already established a strong presence in Kenya and other African countries.
Wachiuri assured customers of the company’s commitment to providing top-notch services and products in the US market.

Prior to opening the office in Kent, Washington, Wachiuri toured more than 20 states in USA and issued out hundreds of title deeds to diaspora investors in the United States of America.
He said that they are committed in reaching out to Kenyans in Diaspora and they are encouraging them to invest back home.
Wachiuri further recalled the recent award event that was recently held at Safari Park where Optiven added another feather to its cap by being feted as the Top Real Estate Company in the DIASPORA at the Star brands East Africa Awards.
He said that the award was a result of the company’s exceptional services and products that have positively impacted the lives of Kenyans living abroad.
