Nairobi City County Assembly Majority Leader Peter Imwatok has promised Azimio leadership a strong opposition in Nairobi after Martha Karua visit to the Assembly yesterday.
Imwatok says the Azimio leadership in the Nairobi assembly is committed in its’ opposition role and that they will not give Nairobi back to the ‘dogs’
“We are committed as Azimio Leadership in ensuring that the oversight role is not compromised…we are working closely as Azimio leaders in the assembly just to ensure that the people of Nairobi get what they deserve and we shall not let our party leader Raila Amollo down.” Imwatok said.
Karua on her side asked the Azimio MCA to be firm and fight on ideologies but not fist fights.
