Among the top honours was the Winner’s Award for Best Insurance Company in Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility, reflecting APA’s longstanding dedication to creating shared value and supporting meaningful social impact initiatives. APA was further recognised as First Runners-Up in Fraud Detection and Prevention, Initiative, Risk Management and the Major Loss Award, all of which underscore the Group’s strong internal governance, robust claims management, and proactive approach to risk. In the life insurance category, APA Life emerged as First Runners-Up for Life Insurer of the Year, a clear nod to its growth, trustworthiness, and excellence in serving policyholders.
In addition, APA earned Second Runners-Up accoladesin several strategic areas including Medical Underwriter of the year, Technology Application, The Training Award, General Insurer of the Year, and Most Customer Centric Underwriter – Life (receiving recognition in this category twice, highlighting consistent service delivery across products and channels).
