Global cloud communications leader Infobip today announced an enhanced partnership with Oracle, designed to deliver seamless conversational experiences for businesses and brands worldwide. This strategic collaboration integrates Infobip’s powerful omnichannel services directly into Oracle Integration, making it easier for organizations to manage and scale their customer communications.

In today’s digital landscape, consumers expect smooth, consistent interactions across multiple channels. However, implementing and managing new channels can be complex, involving significant development efforts and organizational coordination. Infobip’s new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration addresses these challenges by allowing businesses of all sizes to efficiently manage communications across platforms—including WhatsApp, RCS, and other third-party solutions—directly within the Oracle ecosystem. The solution offers rapid deployment, significantly reducing time to market.

Further enhancing customer service capabilities, Infobip has introduced a prebuilt Accelerator for Oracle’s contact center solution, Oracle B2C Service. This flexible use case enables companies to engage with customers via SMS and WhatsApp, facilitating streamlined, two-way communication. Both the Omnichannel Messaging Adapter and the Accelerator offer low-code or no-code solutions, ensuring quick adoption and integration for Oracle’s customers and partners.

Oracle Integration provides secure, highly scalable connectivity, regardless of the applications an organization is integrating or their deployment environments.

“Our new collaboration with Infobip will help enterprises simplify connectivity and provide seamless integration between the Infobip messaging platform and any applications using Oracle’s unified integration platform as a service,” said Deepak Arora, Vice President, Product Management at Oracle. “This partnership strengthens our commitment to driving AI innovation by connecting any apps, data, and services, anywhere.”

“The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration allows Infobip and Oracle customers to tailor our omnichannel solutions to their specific needs—using the same platform with just a few clicks,” added Veselin Vuković, Chief Alliances Officer at Infobip. “This flexible solution is adaptable across diverse sectors and industries.”

This enhanced partnership represents a major step forward in enabling businesses to create personalized, integrated customer experiences across digital and mobile platforms globally.
