This acknowledgment represents a significant milestone, with Nigeria securing its first-ever Top Employer certification, solidifying AstraZeneca’s leadership position in the country’s healthcare sector.

Furthermore, AstraZeneca has upheld its status as a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive year in South Africa and Kenya. Additionally, the company has been recognized with the Best Places to Work certification in Ivory Coast, Cameroon, and Senegal, underscoring its steadfast dedication to nurturing talent and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

Deepak Arora, Country President of the African Cluster at AstraZeneca, highlights that these achievements acknowledge the company’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance efforts. He emphasizes their dedication to maintaining the highest standards in people practices and cultivating an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
